i just got an email with breaking news: dc bars and clubs are allowed to be open for 24 hours on inauguration week.
the dc council, it says, approved emergency legislation that will allow dc bars, clubs, and restaurants to serve alcohol until 5 AM.
LOL. as if it wasn't already gonna be, dc will be off the hook that week!
