you may have to think about it for a sec. that's the appeal. back in 1997, mathew waldman had an idea for a more linear and graphic timepiece. the result: nooka.

it's unisex, comes in plenty of different styles and fun colors. and it's pretty inexpensive.

in this model, the top row shows hours 1-6, the 2nd row shows hours 7-12, 3rd row shows minutes 0-59, 4rth row shows seconds 0-59. $130:

on this one, the 12 dots represent hours and the horizontal row counts in minutes. $350:
