reader wants to know: re-gift a no or yes?

i don't get too many reader questions but every time i do i get hype. tish from out of dallas (what's up tish!) sent me an email simply asking:

it's the holidays. a sista's on a budget. is re-gifting acceptable?

well tish. first, thanks for your note. thanks for reading the blog. my answer for you is a firm:

hell yes.

yeh folks. don't let folks tell you otherwise. why be wasteful? if you can't do anything with it, why not pass it on to someone who can. times are hard on the boulevard. save a dollar and pass it on.
