one sweet day.

it's valentine's day but me and hubby really don't need an excuse to venture out and treat ourselves to good food and even better drinks.

on the way home from an excellent church service, hubby bought me 3 flowers. what chick doesn't like flowers? even if you buy them yourself!

and yes i finally found an excuse to wear my new coat. and yes, i swore i was cute all day long.

we then ventured out to one of our favorites thai spots: the old siam. have i posted about them before? can't remember but it didn't disappoint.

we sat at our usual place - the bar - and got it in: panang curry chicken, pad prik khing with beef, choo-chi shrimp. thai heaven.

oh and their v-day drink special put the icing on the cake - 2 for 1. so of course we had 2 a piece.
